The objective of the work is to know the deviations in the floor of an elevator core. For a correct installation of the guides of this it is necessary to have a verticality between 0-3cm.
Our job is to survey the structure of the elevator core to determine the areas that come out of this tolerance to know which parts need to be regularized or if the structure of the elevator rails needs to be modified to know their cost.
The equipment used to perform the survey inside the elevator core is a Leica BLK360 laser imaging scanner.
- Four vertical planes of the core and their parallels inwards and outwards with a separation of between 0-3cm and 3-5 cm to know the surfaces that are in tolerance. Elevations were taken from each of the planes indicating the surfaces, in different colors, indicating this collapse.
- Make a cut every 0.50 cm along the eight floors to determine a "medium" pit and see the parts that did not comply with the tolerance depending on the collapse and the height.
Know where the construction errors are so that they can be repaired before the structure is installed and thus not have to be repaired while the assembly is being carried out, saving assembly time.
