A BC3 file (also known as FIE-BDC format) is a standard file that enables the easy exchange of information between budget programs and databases, in this case, Civil Engineering.
On executing the command, the following window will appear from which you can manage the database, with the possibility of performing any type of classification.
Change: Enables you to change the BC3 file.
Search: The possibility of searching for any term in the database.
Properties: This option enables you to edit the characteristics of the selected work unit.
