Pūhoi to Warkworth Motorway

The project will extend the Northern Motorway (SH1) with a length of 18.5 km from the Johnstones Hill Tunnels to just north of Warkworth. It is the first stage of the Ara Tūhono (connecting pathway) project from Pūhoi to Wellsford.

The new safer, more resilient route is now expected to be opened to motorists in May 2022.

Ulriken Tunnel

Azvi has signed the contract with Bane NOR (Norwegian public railway infrastructure manager) to carry out the rehabilitation of the old Ulriken railway tunnel in Bergen, within a period of 29 months. This tunnel was built in the 1960s and runs parallel to the new Ulriken tunnel.

Light Train Ottawa

The route of the new Ottawa Light Rail runs underground for 2,533 meters through the city center. There are three stations: Lyon (West), Parliament (East) and Rideau. As per contract, its scope is not limited to the design and construction of the infrastructure but also the maintenance for 30 years of the 12,5 km of the Confederation line.

Riyadh Metro - Line 3

The new Line 3 of Riyadh Metro is the longest section of the gigantic project of the new metro network of the capital city of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Line 3 is composed of 22 stations (including the iconic Downtown Station and Western Station), 2 depots, and 6 park & ride.

Funicular line construction on Istanbul metro

The F4 line of Istanbul Metro, officially referred to as the Boğaziçi Üni./Hisarüstü–Aşiyan is an 850 m long funicular railway, currently under construction, in Beşiktaş, Istanbul. When completed, it will become the fourth funicular line in Istanbul as well as the longest, surpassing the F3 line by 100 m. The line will traverse a height difference of about 116.1 m and total travel time is estimated at 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

Photovoltaic Plant Solara 4

The Solara 4 plant, located in the town of Vaqueiros (Alcoutim) in the Faro district (Portugal) is the largest facility in Europe of this type built without public aid. It is made up of 661,500 high-efficiency photovoltaic modules, with an installed power of 220 MWp and an estimated production of 380,000,000 kWh / year, enough to generate renewable energy to supply more than 100,000 homes.

Emergency work for road landslide

In Asturias, after a period of adverse weather conditions, a very unique emergency situation occurs that involves great difficulty, with the need to use very specific technical equipment and qualified personnel for execution, due to the potential existing high risk.

Assembly of solar modules

The project consisted of the assembly of solar modules for the photovoltaic plant in Billeberga, Sweden. 1,800 points were staked out to locate the double pilings or drives of the fixed metal structures. The difference between the front and rear pilings had to be 45º, so that the panels had the same inclination, and always oriented towards the south, in order to achieve the best light capture.

The Transolympic Highway is located in the heart of west Rio de Janeiro and provides a direct service to the residents in that region. West Rio de Janeiro is the second most populated region in the city with more than 2,500,000 people today. This area registers the highest economic growth and has the highest concentration of new real estate developments in the city of Rio de Janeiro.

Ring Road Tunnel

The Mario Covas Ring Road is a major project connecting the main highways in the State of São Paulo. The 176.5 km of the east, west and south sections have been completed and the 44-km long north section, which runs through the municipalities of São Paulo, Arujá and Guarulhos, is nearing completion.

Survey with drone and mobile terrestrial lidar
