This option will allow us to send the files of the current project to another user or to receive technical assistance.
When you run the command, the program will automatically read the files from the current project and prepare them for submission. There does not need to be an active project for the execution of this command.
Details: MDT collects all the information of the installed license as well as the CAD and Windows versions, this information is necessary, especially in the case of requiring technical assistance.
File Tables: This list will be completed with the files of the active project if it exists, as well as the current drawing.
Additionally with the button "Add file... " may include all files deemed necessary.
Notes to include in the report: In this section, you can include a description of the incident or any comment that is considered necessary.
E-mail: Pressing this button will open the mail manager that we have by default, if it exists, it will be completed according to the information that has been entered.
Save: In the event that we cannot send the mail, pressing this button will create a folder with the files to be sent.
