This file format is used for the creation, consultation and editing of issues, they are managed with the following two options, Create Issue y Manage Issues.
It is based on XML and the purpose is the creation of notes or comments, to which you can add an image, usually in PNG format, and the position of it.
Applied to the field of Surveying, it could be created, for example, an incidence in the survey of a specific topographic point, which for whatever circumstances, has been taken with a special circumstance..
Each issue is stored in three files:
· Markup.bcf: Contains in general the description and notes of the incidence.
· Viewpoint.bcfv: Contains information such as camera position, display style …
· Snapshot.png: Representative image of the issue.
This group of files are stored in a BCFZIP file, which is nothing more than a compressed file containing folders with these three files.
