This command allows you to create a building from a closed polyline.
Once the polyline is selected, a dialogue box will appear where you can specify the characteristics of the new building to be created. Most of the attributes described and possible assigned values are intended for the import or export of files for the Cadaster.
See the description of building attributes in the Edit Buildings command.
The new building created will be drawn according to the configuration settings. In addition, a texture will be associated with a color, which will depend on the type of building defined.
